feat(web): allow renaming channel-bound sessions Remove the backend guard in session.patch() that rejected label changes for channel-bound sessions and the frontend guard that excluded them from the rename UI. The session label is purely cosmetic — channel routing uses internal IDs (channel_type, account_id, chat_id) stored in the channel_binding column, so renaming is safe.
